I’d like to express my gratitude to Jimmy! I contacted the company at 1 pm for an appointment, and by 6 pm my aircon was fully repaired. Jimmy was professional, patient, and took the time to explain the possible causes of the issue. He pinpointed the problem with precision and fixed it without needing any new parts. While other companies quoted me S$580, Jimmy solved it for just S$43.60. Exceptional service — highly recommended!

I ordered their service for a chemical overhaul because my aircon wasn't cold yesterday and they made booking of service slots easy and quick. This morning they turned up at my doorstep. When Ah Dee and Ah Bee checked, it wasn't the dirtiness of the aicon. They are very experienced service man, they checked for gas leaks and quickly fixed it. Within 30min, the servicing was done. I had a lot of questions and they answered them professionally. Thank you for the service and I'd definitely hire them again 😉. Highly recommended

Dee & Bee were my technicians, they were very thorough and efficient, from letting me know when they were on they way over to recommendations on what was needed to be done - how some units needed to be serviced regularly and the others could be used for longer so I don't actually have to clean all the units each time to be more cost efficient. I have been through many other aircon servicing companies (always pushing for contracts, chemical washing etc) and I'm glad to have found one that's transparent and upfront. Highly recommend!
