Pricing for Different Type of Aircon Services

Normal Servicing/ Yearly Maintenance

Scope of job:

Removal of blower wheel is available at an additional cost

Aircon Chemical Wash ( For 9000 & 12000 BTU )

Scope of job:

Chemical Wash is performed without dismantling the fancoil unit. It provides a more thorough cleaning than normal servicing by using chemical solution to remove accumulated dirt and grime from the evaporator coil.

Aircon Steam Wash ( For 9000 & 12000 BTU )

Scope of job:

Steam Cleaning uses high-temperature steam to clean the indoor evaporator coil without dismantling the fancoil unit.

Chemical Overhaul ( For 9000 & 12000 BTU )

Scope of job:

Chemical Overhaul provides a deeper and more thorough cleaning than Chemical Wash. The fancoil unit is dismantled so that individual components, including the evaporator coil, blower wheel and drainage tray, can be cleaned thoroughly.

For Larger Aircon Units such as 18,000 BTU, 24,000 BTU and other unit capacities, please contact SoCool for pricing.

Over the years, we have expanded our skills to cater to multiple air conditioning problems faced by people in Singapore. We cover everything from regular AC servicing to chemical overhauls, making us a trusted brand. However, the single thing that has remained the same is our consideration for an average buyer when it comes to pricing.

All our service packages are created in line with discussion and consultation with our AC experts and technicians. Our goal has always been to charge competitive or lower prices so that every customer can be satisfied.

Continuing with the same belief, we have developed several service packages. These are targeted towards different types of customers to ensure that their needs and requirements can be taken well care of. This also allows us to have something for everyone!

Aircon chemical wash price

When it comes to aircon chemical wash price, we have broken down the cost into different categories. For instance, you can go all the way from 1 Fan coil unit to 6 fan coil units. This makes it convenient for our buyers to determine what works best for them and hire us for the service!

Moreover, Aircon chemical wash isn’t just about submerging the AC parts in chemical solutions. It involves everything from cleaning and checking the filter to aircon gas top-ups, which makes all these solutions worth their respective prices.

Also, all these listed services on top of deep chemical cleanups are standard across all solutions.

Aircon Servicing Price

As for aircon servicing price, once again, we have kept it budget-friendly! On top of regular water cleanup, we look for all parts to see if there is a need for replacement or fixes. Moreover, gas top-ups are standard across all the solutions – giving you worth for every buck you spend.

When installing air conditioning, James follows the homeowner's requirements for the routing of the refrigerant lines and drainage pipes. If he identifies any potential issues—such as piping that is too long, which could interfere with proper drainage—he will inform the homeowner and suggest adjustments to prevent future problems. His maintenance service is excellent; he is punctual and flexible with scheduling. Most importantly, his pricing is very reasonable. If you need air conditioning installation or maintenance, James is the right person to call.

Kelson and Jason came to my house to clean my air conditioners, and they did an absolutely amazing job! The air conditioners were cleaned thoroughly, and both technicians were very detailed, careful, and professional.

Not only are they handsome, but they are also extremely polite, friendly, and respectful. Before leaving, they even checked everything again and made sure the floor was spotless. They cleaned up so well that everything was left neat and tidy!

I highly recommend these two young gentlemen, Kelson and Jason. Their service was truly outstanding, and their professionalism exceeded my expectations.

Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will absolutely use Socool again for my future air-conditioning services. Thank you, Kelson and Jason, for your excellent work! 👏😊

Recommended by a friend. Technician (Joseph and Steven) came to do a proper check before starting the service and explain what need to be done on top of the normal service. Not pushy just tell me what I have to do first and what can be done in the next servicing. Overall happy with their service.
