We engaged SoCool Pte Ltd to clean a System 4 aircon. Ah Yao (the aircon technician) was very thorough with each of the fan coil unit (see pictures). He was also very careful to not dirty or damage the walls. Soft spoken and reliable guy.

I recently engaged this company for an aircon servicing. The technician, Jeff took the time to explain the issues clearly and shared helpful tips on how to maintain the aircon in good condition. I really appreciated his detailed explanation and the quality of his service.

Mr Chong was great and very meticulous with the AC cleaning

I initially opted for the value package. However, upon checking by Xi and Lun, they shared that my condensor had not been serviced before and that my master aircon was quite worn out. They explained the basis of the additional chemical overhaul, revacuum compressor and topup of gas and I was assured that it would benefit my home. I am amazed at their cleanliness and thorough checking. Appreciative that they didnt push me to clean another set of aircon as I had recently bought it 6 months ago. Given this experience, Im quite happy to have engaged them for my servicing. Thank you Xi and Lun!
