Very pleased with SoCool. Arranged for an appointment via WhatsApp and it was fuss-free. The service guy is Alex Lai and he did his checks on our aircon units very thoroughly. He did the regular cleaning and servicing of my aircon units and he did not hard sell for any other services such as chemical wash or cleaning of the compressors.

Very professional and effective - Michael Lau and his colleague Aun were super thorough and explained what was happening with our aircons very well. The red warning light on the aircons also went off even though they stayed on through 2 other rounds of previous servicing. Will be calling SoCool again in 6 months!

We had Seng and Yiong assist with the aircon servicing in our home. This was triggered when one of our aircon units seemed to be underperforming as it was not cold. The team assessed the situation and diagnosed problems with our aircon unit and the proposed solution. They also highlighted to me that my aircon compactor gas levels were low and suggested topping up to ensure proper function of the aircon compactors in the long run. Seng and Yiong did a good job servicing our four aircon units and also ensured the place was cleaned up well prior to them taking their leave. Will definitely engage them again if the aircon units function well after this round of servicing. Thanks much!

I want to commend Alex Lai from Socool for his good service! He serviced my 3 of my Aircons for me alone with no help. He is very polite and has a good attitude. Each Aircon he serviced he will show me how dirty the Aircon is so I will understand why my Aircon is not cold and is leaking. After finishing service he even helped to wash my toilet floor clean.
