My aircon was leaking and I immediately whatsapp So Cool for help. Reply was prompt and managed to get a next day morning appointment. Technician arrived on time and was professional and friendly. It turns out my drain pipe was badly clogged. Pipe was purged and problem solved. Technician also dispense good advice for regular servicing. Thank you, So Cool!
