First time engaging SoCool.sg to service my Mitsubishi System 4, and I am very pleased with the experience. One of the units had stopped working after running for about three hours, showing an orange LED timer light and a continuous six-blink yellow light - indicating a fault. Bee and his colleague arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty fan motor and controller card. They proceeded to perform a chemical cleaning of the outdoor compressor and serviced all three indoor blowers (including a chemical wash for one unit) efficiently. They also contacted their office immediately to arrange for the necessary replacement parts. The very next afternoon, they returned to install the new motor and controller card and cleaned the affected blower. Throughout both visits, Bee and his teammate displayed clear expertise, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. I highly recommend SoCool.sg for reliable and professional aircon servicing and repairs 👍😄

This is my first time using SoCool's aircon cleaning service with hot steam. I appreciate that the cloth and brush they used were clean, as I’m very particular about hygiene. After a line of poor Aircon contractors who would just ask to chemical wash or top up gas to make a quick buck, I scheduled my first service with SoCool yesterday and I was surprised how well Jimmy single-handedly handled my Aircon units and ensured that everything was set right. My Aircons are now blasting cool air once again. No surprise I ended up renewing my Aircon contract with these guys.

Michael quickly identified that the condenser needed a chemical wash and the gas needed topping up, which would otherwise have caused longterm issues with the aircon units. He was very clear and detailed in his explanation of the issues and service to be provided, and both finished their work quickly and efficiently.

Engaged Socool for the again for aircon servicing for cleaning of 2 FCUs & 1 compressor cleaning. As usual, Sen was very professional, he helped check all parts of the aircon to see if there was any issues. He also analysed the compressor to see if gas top-up was required.
