Very happy with the AC cleaning service! He was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently. He explained what he was doing and made sure the unit was thoroughly cleaned. I noticed a big difference in the cooling right after. He also left everything neat and tidy. Highly recommend and will definitely call him again for the next maintenance.

Very good servicing, done thoroughly by ah soon and ah tat

Very helpful and professional technicians - JJ Lin and Ah Yi - gave advice on which a/c to do, a chemical overhaul and what to do to prevent bird nesting on a/c ledge. Engage them to clean the ledge which was dirtied with bird droppings over the years. JJ did a great job in scraping and cleaning the droppings and even helped me secure the discs on the railings to prevent birds from nesting. They also cleaned up the mess in the toilets before they left. Excellent service and great job! 👏

Ah Xi and his team has been very professional and displayed great knowledge and competency in their work. We initially ordered only steam cleaning for our units, however Ah Xi recommended chemical cleaning for 2 of the units due to the musty smell, servicing of condenser and top up of gas. Took his recommendation and was very satisfied with the results (cooler units). Very good job by Ah Xi and his team, highly recommended.

I have been using the service of this company the last few years. An appointment was given very quickly and technicians, Lucas and Jun who came to service my air-con systems were meticulous and efficient. Thank you, Lucas and Jun.

Ah Jun comes and do regular cleaning, upon checking, we need to top up gas and do outdoor unit cleaning. After cleaning, he also cleaned the water drip on floor and mop it. Overall recommended service.

This is our first time engaging with SoCool aircon services. The technician (JJ and his team, ah yie) arrived within time for the scheduled appointment. JJ was very knowledgeable and explained the issue with my aircon clearly. They quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently fixed leaking water issue. Also, JJ was able to take up the task to bring my air con down for cleansing while other aircon services companies that we engaged previously, they couldn’t do it due to small confinement from the false ceiling L box. The customer service team was responsive and helpful. The service provided for the price is what you pay and value is what you get. I am glad that my husband engaged a right aircon service provider this time and I highly recommend JJ and ah yie from SoCool for aircon servicing. They provided excellent service and I will definitely use them again.
