Just now I did servicing 4th time with SoCool, they are very responsible, and very experienced. I am very happy with the services.

Mr Jun was professional and quick to check, service and explained well on what was going on with the aircon unit.

Our aircon was served by Ah Huat and his attitude and service was excellent. Would highly recommend him

The servicing is good, and the serviceman Jeff is very friendly and provided detailed explanations.

The aircon service booking can be done through WhatsApp and their response was quick. They will also contact you in advance on the day of the scheduled appointment. The aircon technician Ah Si and his partner were punctual and did a thorough job servicing the aircon in my place. They were also able to provide good advice to keep my aircon running at optimal level. Finally, I think their pricing is one of the most reasonable ones in the market. Will recommend them.

Mr Si and his colleague provided an excellent services. Both are very polite and explained the condition of all my ACs and what need to be done. Even though I requested for chemical overhaul for my kitchen AC but upon his examination, he suggested that it is still clean plus I rarely use it therefore general cleaning service will do. Both do a thorough job in cleaning the ACs inside out. Very please with the results.

ah Dee and ah Bee came over for my first appointment with SoCool. (I hope I got their names right) I asked for servicing for 1 unit, they were super efficient, done in less than 35mins. Also, I managed to secure a Monday afternoon slot with a 1 day notice, the booking experience was okay. Very nice chaps. They also helped me check the conditions of other units, and gave me some tips on how frequent I should be servicing the other units that's less used. After using the toilet to wash the parts, they even made sure it was dry. Will definitely book again.
